We had a wonderful time in NYC celebrating by daughters 16th birthday. I’m going to consider that the best part of an otherwise difficult year.
We got to see the Empire State Building, Rockefeller, Central Park, broadway (watched a show), MOMA, museum of Illusions and did some shopping at Macey’s before Christmas.
Received news on the train trip back that my uncle passed away but didn’t have much time to dwell on it as my wife was going into surgery. It’s been one of those years so I’m going to try and be grateful for what I have and cherish the memories.
